Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how My Ordenes ("we", "our", or "the extension") collects, uses, and stores information when you use our Chrome browser extension.

1. What data we collect

My Ordenes collects the following data solely to provide its core functionality:

• Amazon order data — product names, prices, dates, and order IDs read from Amazon order pages you visit. This may include your name and shipping address as displayed on those pages.
• Account information — your email address, used to create and manage your My Ordenes account via Supabase authentication.
• AI provider API keys — if you choose to use your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google), that key is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's encrypted storage. It is never sent to our servers.
• Navigation activity on Amazon — we detect when you visit Amazon order pages in order to trigger data extraction. We do not track your browsing outside of Amazon.

2. What we don't collect

To be explicit: My Ordenes never sees or stores your credit card or payment information, and never sees or stores your Amazon account password. The extension only reads order details already visible on Amazon order pages while you are signed in — it does not intercept checkout, payment, or login forms. We do not keep a copy of your order data on any server we operate; it stays on your device.

3. How we use your data

• To extract and display your Amazon order history within the extension.
• To send order data to your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) for analysis and insights. This data is sent directly from your browser to the AI provider under your account.
• To authenticate your My Ordenes account and manage your license.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as follows:

• Supabase — our authentication and database provider, used to store your account information securely.
• AI providers — order data is sent to the AI provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) solely to generate the analysis you request. Their respective privacy policies apply.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to order analysis.

5. Data storage

Order data and settings are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. Account data is stored securely in Supabase. We do not maintain a copy of your Amazon order data on our own servers.

6. Data retention

Local data remains until you uninstall the extension or clear it from the extension's settings. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted upon request.

7. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can clear locally stored order data directly from the extension's options page.
